HOLIDAY DECORATING IN GLO STYLE

As a Pi Phi, I have a collection of angels which decorate my house and my Christmas tree. I know many of you have collections with connections to your GLOs. This page will be updated as I receive pictures from those who read this blog. I’m starting off with the Kappa Kappa Gamma and Lambda Chi Alpha ornaments which gave me the idea for this post. I welcome additions. I’ll add more as soon as I get them. Please send me pictures of your GLO ornaments (My e-mail is franbecque at hotmail dot com).

I also want to mention that the members of the Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Club of Dallas have loaned 500 angels to the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens.  If you live in the Dallas area, or plan on visiting the area during the holidays, make sure to pay a visit to these angels. They will be on display until December 31. For more information, visit http://www.dallasarboretum.org/events/holiday-at-the-arboretum

Just getting the ornaments ready for the tree...those of course are my favorite. As I sing There's the owl, the key , The blue and blue, The Fleur-de-is (Symbol, badge color, flower, of my fraternity). Loyalty, sincerity, honor, and fidelity. Kappa Kappa Gamma, here's for you! Three cheers for KKG!
